About the founder

I’m Douglas Bates, a physician and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience building companies in healthcare, technology, and digital publishing.

Companies I’ve founded or co-founded include StatRad, NeuroAlign CT, BooksOnMP3.com, and RadConnect. Each was later acquired.

I’ve spent much of my career turning early ideas into real businesses. That experience also shaped the domain names I chose to register—names I believed could give the right company a strong start.
